Excellent customer service. I had questions about the Hobie Pro Angler 14 ft and a trailer to carry it and they were able to answer all the questions today I had. They have plenty of accessories available for the Hobie kayaks. They also carry bicycles and coolers at this store too along with their own accessories.

Great ski and snowboard shop in downtown Derry with very knowledgeable customer associates. Great selection of ski and snowboard gear as well as snowboard and ski tuning services. Just picked up a season snowboard rental for the kids and it was a pretty good deal on new equipment. Rental comes with board, bindings and boots, which you pick up after they mount them and set them up properly for the kids' height and weight.

This is hands down the best ski place I've been to in NH or MA (haven't been to any others). The highly skilled attentive professional help we had over 2 visits made me want to write a review. Flawless service going above and beyond. It's the only place you'll ever need for anything winter sports wise.

I purchased two Hobie Mirage boards a few years apart, which I love. A problem developed with the material on the newer one a few months after the warranty expired. Dean advocated for me with Hobie and the company replaced the board. Dean also got me a second handle for the older board to match the setup in the new board. This extraordinary level of customer service is why it pays to buy your sports equipment from this great local store, instead of on-line.

Dean and Laurie were so knowledgeable and friendly! Felt like I was with old friends. Purchased a hybrid bicycle and can’t wait to get out there. They made the purchase easy and I got a great deal (did lots of shopping around and price comparisons). This is my second bicycle purchase and I’ll be a lifelong patron.

Dean was great! Sized up my son for ski boots...he did not try to sell us the most expensive equipment and was knowledgeable about all products we were interested in. He even did the binding install immediately knowing my son had a race coming up. My son loves the boots. Highly recommend Benson ski shop. I've shopped there a bunch of times...always professional service.

My partner got skis and boots at Benson's yesterday on sale, and we both had a great experience. Chris was nice, talked her through the options for boots, skis, and binding mount styles. He knew all the details of each piece of equipment, and gave a proper boot fitting. He also just shared general enthusiasm for a range of winter outdoor activities. Not the biggest range of downhill ski / boot options I've seen but a very solid offering, and they had a good boot for wide feet. It's a smallish but mighty place that has everything -- snow shoes, cross country skis, clothes, etc. All quality stuff at good prices.

What a great experience purchasing my new 2022 Hobie Outback from the guys at Benson's Ski and Sports. Visited twice before buying and Jon and Conor were both excellent in the knowledge and enthusiasm for the product. Third time was a charm and they set me up with what I needed and got me out on the water. Not only do I love my new Hobie, but I caught my first Striper on my maiden voyage. A great start to the summer.
